I am a participating in-network provider with Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield.

I am also panelled with Employee Assistance Programs including Carebridge and Magellan.

I am an out-of-network provider for other insurance, and I can provide a receipt so that you can file a claim with your insurance company.

I also take private pay clients. I accept payment by credit card.
